Featured Speaker presentations are 45 minutes in length and held in the
ballroom 4 or at the pool terrace. Classes such as Tai Chi, QiGong, Hula, Yoga
and other movement classes will be held in the gardens between the ocean and
the Royal Fish Pond adjacent to the exhibit hall.

Attendance at each presentation varies. A low turn out would be ten people,
where as a high attendance could be 30 to 100 and sometimes standing room
only. Depending on the interest in your subject matter, you could have a few
attendees or many. Although we set the best intentions there is no way to
know for sure how many people will attend.

We will engage in a broad multimedia marketing campaign includes radio,
television, local and regional newspapers and magazines, as well as an extensive
world-wide internet and email campaign to insure a successful expo.

There is a $200 speaker fee for non exhibitors and $100 for exhibitors to
present. All Featured Speakers and Movement Classes will be promoted in the
virtual expo program guide, on our website and in our expo e-blasts inviting
guests to attend. For best results we highly recommend using the virtual
program guide magazine to promote yourself with additional display advertising
and individual e-blasts.
